About me

I’m fat, funny and fragile!  I’m a single gal living in the beautiful Emerald City who is coming to terms with my weight and battle with depression one day at a time.   My nicknames have included “Eeyore” and “moodygal” because of my ever-changing disposition, hence the title of my blog.  But don’t let that scare you away–like the fast moving clouds in the Seattle sky, my moods change quickly!

On this journey, I’ll be sharing my food logs and pictures, reflecting on my past and how I came to be the way I am, and hopefully finding some inner strength along the way.  It may be a winding road at times, but I’ll be there for you–if you can be here for me!

Come along and help keep my spirits “Sunny in Seattle”!

I ran across your site when I searched “food diary”. i am trying to create a visual food diary site to help me and others lose weight. Do you have a few minutes for me to ask you about your food dairy experience? If so, can you let me know how I can get in touch with you? Thanks!
